This is possibly minimum of 6 months Months Project Based employment (Client is finalizing the details) : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months .* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract. Expect that the client will still monitor your performance and they can still terminate your contract any time with prior notice.

READ : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Cx Representative / Function Delivery Analyst (

  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong : Hybrid -3-4x onsite/month depending on business needs ((but subject to change)
  • Open to this Project based employment
  • Open to work on a dayshift schedule: (8am – 5pm Manila time). Can start earlier, but not later. 9 hours a day including 1 hour lunch break.
  • Benefits: HMO for employee, Mandated Government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG), .5 SIL credit /month, OT and Holiday work will be paid (If you've worked on those days)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
  • ·At least 2years of hands-on experience in Technology Recruiting
  • § Confident and good English communication skills. Experienced and is comfortable with speaking to
  • people of any level, whether it's in person, on the phone or in writing; and good having thoughts articulation is important.
  • § Aggressive, high energy, driven and resilient recruiter, can-do, down-to-earth attitude; and willing to learn
  • Meticulous and details oriented will be an advantage.§ Compassionate and consultative mindset to support the recruitment process and stakeholder management,§ Cooperative and collaborative behavior to work with the various teams.§ Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment.§ Ability to work within a diverse team environment
  • has experience in coordinating with agency vendors (manpower providers/recruitment partners), monitoring the contract status of project based/contract employees, Overseeing the compliance process of onboarding of contractors (locals and expats); including NDA, BGC and other onboarding documents are submitted; negotiating contracts with vendors
  • Good English Communication Skills
