About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and experienced Technical Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and support a growing portfolio of high-profile clients in the tech and BPO sectors. In this role, you will manage a team of recruiters, create and execute sourcing strategies, and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and BPO roles. You will play a critical role in driving recruitment success, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring quality candidate delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define and fulfill recruitment needs
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and BPO positions, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Create and implement effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, networks, and other platforms
  • Manage recruitment delivery for enterprise-level clients, including those in the BPO industry
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment performance, pipeline status, and hiring trends
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for high-volume and specialized roles
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
  • Must have experience managing recruitment for BPO clients or supporting BPO hiring requirements
  • Must have experience working in staffing for technical requirements (e.g., developers, engineers, IT support, etc.)
  • Proven success in leading recruitment teams in fast-paced, client-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of both technical and BPO hiring markets and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented
