A Technical Recruiter is responsible for headhunting and attracting top technical talent to meet organization's hiring needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The ultimate goal for this role is to build a strong pipeline of candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Talent sourcing and screening

- Client and Candidate coordination

- Ensure a steady talent pipeline

- Representation at Job Fairs

- Reporting and Documentations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR Management (equivalent experience may be considered)

- At least 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

- Proven experience in IT and/or BPO hiring

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools

- Ability to work in a fast paced, target-driven environment

Work Setup: Work On-site

Work Location: West Ave., Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
