Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with company goals and values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent interview rounds.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during recruitment.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or specialized hiring (e.g., IT, healthcare, BPO).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
