About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who genuinely enjoys this line of work, someone who's curious, driven, and wants to get really good at matching the right people to the right roles. Whether you're already in recruitment or just starting out and eager to learn, this role is for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
This isn't a passive desk job. We need someone who's proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with urgency. If you like talking to people, solving problems, and seeing your work lead to real results, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Your main goal is to make great hires happen, and everything you do should move toward that.
- Proactively source candidates, use platforms, referrals, and creative outreach to find the right people (not just wait for them to apply).
- Understand what candidates are looking for and match them with opportunities where they'll thrive.
- Screen quickly but thoroughly identify strong talent early and don't let them fall through the cracks.
- Move with urgency, follow up, follow through, and keep candidates engaged until the finish line.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure your endorsements are on point and aligned with client needs.
- Own your pipeline, track your candidates, stay organized, and always stay a step ahead.

If you have experience:
- At least 1 year in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
- You've met hiring goals and know how to perform in a fast-paced environment.
If you're just starting out:
- A degree in Psych, HR, Business, IT, or any related field.
- A real interest in recruitment and the tech space.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to learn fast.
For everyone:
- You take initiative and stay organized.
- You follow through, communicate well, and aim to deliver quality work.
- You want to grow in your career, not just go through the motions.
- Willing to work onsite in Congressional Avenue, Quezon City
