We provide services including Executive Search, IT Search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, HR Automation/HR Integrated Services, and HR Consulting.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aspiree Inc. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for hiring, communicating, interviewing, recruiting, and screening candidates. This role is based in Diliman, Quezon City with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 -2 years experience in Technical recruitment and or Bilingual recruiter
  • Experience in Account or Client Management
  • Experience in Boolean, Xray search
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of Technical/IT/Infra requirements

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Work Setup: 3 days WFH, 2 Days onsite per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
