About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a solid background in SAP and strong knowledge of IT and technology recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top SAP and IT professionals across various technical domains. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand position requirements, source candidates effectively, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for SAP and IT-related roles (e.g., SAP Consultants, Developers, Analysts, Engineers, Project Managers).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, job functions, and team dynamics.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates' SAP expertise and overall IT competency.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified SAP and technology professionals.
  • Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on SAP trends, IT market insights, and emerging technologies to attract top talent.
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on SAP and IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP HCM, FI/CO, MM, SD, ABAP, SuccessFactors) and IT roles across infrastructure, software, and digital transformation domains.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit for niche technical skills and senior-level positions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience recruiting for SAP implementation or consulting projects.
  • Knowledge of global IT recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Certification or training in SAP HR, Talent Acquisition, or Technical Recruitment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php28,000.00 per month
