Job Summary

Responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding—to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates across all assigned roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate assessments.
  • Handle job offers, salary negotiation, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Prepare contracts, gather onboarding documents, and assist with new hire orientation.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, ensure compliance with HR policies, and support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
