Job Objective
The role is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the office and facilities, travel arrangements and logistics, accommodation services, office, and supplies administration, management of contractors/service providers, and other related admin support activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant and significant experience in admin support services.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Flexible, a team player who can operate in an ambiguous environment and is a self-starter.
- Willing to accept a Project-based status.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
