HR/Admin Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a College or Bachelor degree in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology
- Fresh Graduate are open to apply; 1 year of experience in HR is an advantage but not required
- Willing to adapt to changing admin prioties
- Willing to do Admin works
- Handling the Sourcing of applicants and conduct initial screening
- Support in employee engagement activities
- Responsible for monitoring vehicle LTO registration and for the application/renewal of motor vehicle insurance
- Responsible for maintaining fleet records d processing request for vehicle repair and/ or maintenance
- Responsible in applying fleet card, adjusting fuel usage limit and in updating the insurer regarding claims and other concerns.
- Responsible In applying and renewing property insurance for Office, Plant and Warehouses and safekeeping of property records and other documents.
- Provides Support in the issuance of small assets such as laptop and service vehicle to employees.
- Facilitates asset transfer and/or asset disposal
- Coordinates with the bank regarding end of lease and in securing deed of sale
- Understand the organization sufficiently to anticipate and resolve internal customers' requests
- Attends to official and personal requests of expats
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level or company-wide project/ tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
