Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant role combines administrative expertise with an exceptional focus on delivering high-quality service and coordination. It also handles the day-to-day front desk tasks which requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professionalism in dealing visitors/ customers daily.
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, greet and welcome visitors and respond to inquiries.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Prepare, recording of petty cash thru Xero database
- Purchase office / cleaning supplies and maintain inventory
- Respond to customers inquiries about the terms and conditions of leasing a coworking spaces, private and meeting rooms
- Prepare and submit proposal to customers inquiries based on publish rate
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning and scheduling of meeting room reservation in the google calendar.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to multi-task and works with minimal supervision
- Can read, speak, and understand basic English language; fluent in Filipino
- Ability to follow instruction/directions from Supervisor
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- With high regard to customer service both internal and external
- Can process and maintain recordkeeping or filing systems.
- Ability to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to the completion of assignments
Quilifications:
- A graduate of any 4-year Business Course with at least 6 months work expeience as Admin Assistant or similar role.
- Candidate should be a resident of Pasig City or at least in a nearby Municipalities
NOTE: This is an URGENT REQUIREMENT. A qualified candidate can start immediately.

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
