We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized HR Recruiter / Admin who will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources and Administrative operations.


Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and interview qualified applicants through various channels (JobStreet, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
  • Handle onboarding documentation and ensure smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain applicant tracking records and update recruitment databases

Administrative and HR Support:

  • Prepare and file employee documents, contracts, and HR forms
  • Assist in processing government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and other employee records
  • Support payroll preparation and attendance monitoring
  • Help organize company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities
  • Perform general office administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: ₱22,000 – ₱25,000/month
