Job description:
Green Mango Technology Corp. is looking for an Entry-Level Admin Staff to support our growing operations. This role will provide hands-on experience in general office administration, inventory management, supplier coordination, and permit processing in a dynamic and innovative technology company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide general administrative support to various departments (meeting scheduling and documentation).
- Assist with inventory documentation and regularly check supply levels.
- Find, contact, and coordinate with suppliers — from sourcing to order completion and delivery follow-ups.
- Assist in processing permits related to the building premises (e.g., business permits, occupancy, etc.).
- Maintain filing systems, perform data entry, and assist with ad hoc clerical duties.
- Prepare and update daily reports and other administrative summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and office operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any field (required)
- Open to fresh graduates, preferably with internship, OJT, or any prior experience in admin work
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of inventory handling and supplier communication is an advantage.
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
