Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Admin Officer
  • BIR & Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with BIR reportorial requirements and handle all related taxation matters.
  • Accounting Support: Assist with core finance and accounting functions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the office and the Manager.
  • Process Alignment: Work closely with the Finance/Accounting, HR & Admin Manager to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Taxation Knowledge: Strong understanding of Philippine BIR regulations and national/local taxation laws.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in handling tax compliance, reportorial requirements, or General accounting tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to Work Onsite: Ortigas, Pasig.
  • DAYSHIFT. (Monday - Friday)
  • Can start ASAP.
