Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Manager specializing in the Recruitment module to lead global talent acquisition transformation projects. The ideal candidate offers deep expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK), a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring and candidate experience, and integration expertise aligned with SAP cloud transformation models (RISE/GROW with SAP).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation of RCM and RMK modules.
  • Process Design & Configuration: Conduct client workshops to design global recruiting processes. Configure requisition templates, candidate profiles, interview scheduling, and offer management workflows.
  • Integration & Compliance: Manage integration with Employee Central, Onboarding, external job boards, and third-party systems. Ensure compliance with global recruiting regulations, data privacy (GDPR), and localization.
  • RMK & Experience: Oversee career site branding, RMK configuration, and candidate experience optimization.
  • Strategy & Mentorship: Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE/GROW with SAP for HR cloud transformation. Mentor consultants, support pre-sales (solutioning, estimation), and drive change management/user adoption.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 10–12 years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Recruiting.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in configuring both Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing.
  • Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification in RCM and/or RMK.
  • Integration Proficiency: Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and third-party job board integrations.
  • Compliance: Knowledge of global recruiting compliance, EEO, and GDPR requirements.
  • Cloud & Tools: Knowledge of RISE with SAP/GROW with SAP transformation models. Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Work Zone/Build Apps.
  • HR Module Exposure: Exposure to related modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, or Succession & Development.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IS, Business, or a related field.
