Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Performance and Goals (P&G) to support implementation and optimization of talent management solutions. The ideal candidate offers hands-on configuration experience in P&G, a strong understanding of performance review cycles, goal alignment, and integration with other SAP modules.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration: Configure and implement the P&G module. Conduct requirement gathering, translating business needs into system configurations. Design and manage performance forms, goal plans, competencies, and calibration templates.
  • Integration & Quality: Support integration with Employee Central, Learning, and Compensation. Perform system testing, data validation, and support UAT.
  • Support & Alignment: Provide post-go-live support and enhancement assistance. Collaborate with HR/IT to ensure alignment with talent management strategies and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Training & Innovation: Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training. Stay updated on the SAP SuccessFactors P&G roadmap.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 4–7 years in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years in the Performance and Goals module.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in configuring performance forms, goal plans, and route maps.
  • Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Performance and Goals.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of performance cycles, goal alignment, and calibration processes. Knowledge of continuous performance management and feedback tools.
  • Integration & Tools: Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic knowledge of SAP CPI. Familiarity with SAP People Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Module Exposure: Exposure to other modules like Succession & Development or Compensation, and SAP Work Zone/Build Apps.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IS, Business, or a related field.
