Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in the Learning Management System (LMS) to support implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in configuring and deploying SuccessFactors Learning, a strong understanding of corporate training, compliance tracking, and integration with SAP and third-party systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • LMS Implementation & Configuration: Configure and implement SuccessFactors LMS based on client requirements. Translate business needs into system configurations, designing and managing learning items, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, and user roles.
  • Integration & Quality: Support integration with SAP HCM, Employee Central, and third-party content providers. Perform system testing, data validation, and support UAT.
  • Support & Compliance: Provide post-go-live support and assistance with enhancements. Ensure compliance with learning regulations and audit requirements.
  • Training & Innovation: Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training. Stay updated on the SAP SuccessFactors Learning roadmap.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 4–7 years in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years in the Learning module.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors LMS components.
  • Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification.
  • LMS Knowledge: Strong understanding of learning workflows, compliance tracking, and reporting. Familiarity with SCORM/AICC content standards and third-party content integration.
  • Integration: Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic knowledge of SAP CPI.
  • Tools & Exposure: Exposure to Performance & Goals, Employee Central, and tools like SAP Enable Now or SAP Work Zone. Knowledge of accessibility and mobile learning best practices.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IS, Business, or a related field.
