Job Summary

We seek an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Manager specializing in Employee Central (EC) to lead global HR transformation projects. This role demands deep expertise in EC configuration, global process design, and integration with SAP HCM/S/4HANA and third-party systems, focusing on scalability, compliance, and cloud transformation (RISE/GROW with SAP).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end global implementation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Design & Configuration: Conduct workshops to gather requirements and design global HR processes. Configure EC objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations.
  • Integration Management: Manage integration with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
  • Compliance & Data: Ensure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy (GDPR, SOC), and localization. Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning.
  • Strategy & Mentorship: Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE/GROW with SAP for cloud HR transformation. Mentor consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support & Pre-Sales: Drive change management, user adoption, and training. Support pre-sales activities (solutioning, estimation, and proposal development).

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 10–12 years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in Employee Central.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in configuring EC objects, workflows, and business rules.
  • Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central.
  • Integration Proficiency: Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
  • Cloud & Tools: Knowledge of RISE with SAP/GROW with SAP transformation models. Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Work Zone/Build Apps.
  • HR Module Exposure: Exposure to related modules like Onboarding, Time Off, or Global Benefits.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IS, Business, or a related field.
