Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to lead core HR transformation projects. This role demands strong expertise in EC configuration, business process design, and integration, focusing on implementing scalable, compliant, and user-friendly HR solutions in close partnership with HR stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
  • Design & Configuration: Conduct requirements workshops and solution validation. Configure core EC components: Foundation Objects, Data Models, Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Derivations.
  • Integration & Technical Collaboration: Integrate EC with Payroll, Time, Recruiting, and Performance & Goals modules. Collaborate with technical teams on interface design, middleware, and data migration.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with data privacy, GDPR, and local labor regulations. Prepare functional specifications and test scripts, supporting SIT/UAT.
  • Go-Live Support & Innovation: Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Stay updated on RISE/GROW with SAP and SAP BTP innovations.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 7–10 years in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Employee Central.
  • Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
  • Core EC Expertise: Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, Position Management, Global Assignment, Concurrent Employment, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Fiori-based UI, SuccessFactors APIs, and reporting tools.
  • Global Programs: Experience in global rollouts and multi-country configurations.
  • Tools & Models: Exposure to SAP BTP extensions, Workforce Analytics, SuccessFactors Mobile, cloud deployment models, and agile delivery.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IS, Business, or a related field.
