Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Succession and Development (S&D) to support implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on configuration experience in S&D and a solid understanding of talent management processes and integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation and configuration of the S&D module.
  • Design & Configuration: Participate in workshops to gather requirements. Configure talent pools, succession nominations, career paths, and development plans.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate with HR/IT to align the solution with talent strategy. Support integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning modules.
  • Testing & Quality: Conduct system testing, data validation, and support UAT.
  • Documentation & Training: Prepare documentation, training materials, and support end-user training.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap for S&D features.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 7–10 years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 2–3 years in Succession and Development.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in configuring Succession Planning and Career Development Planning.
  • Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Succession and Development.
  • Talent Knowledge: Strong understanding of talent management processes and best practices.
  • Integration: Familiarity with SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic SAP CPI knowledge.
  • Tools & Compliance: Exposure to Performance & Goals, Employee Central, SAP Work Zone/Build Apps, People Analytics, and knowledge of global talent management compliance/data privacy standards.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IS, Business, or a related field.
