About the Role
As a Digital Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of clients within the VSB segment in a pooled environment. This role emphasizes timely client support, retention, and maintaining relationship health by responding effectively to client inquiries and needs. Digital Client Success Managers leverage virtual interactions and digital-first strategies to ensure clients feel supported throughout their journey with SAP Concur. The goal is to empower clients with valuable insights and best practices, ensuring they achieve their objectives in a scalable, responsive manner
Who You Are
As a Digital Client Success Manager, you will be expected to:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, effective support through virtual and digital channels.
- Build rapport and trust with clients by delivering high-quality service that meets their needs and expectations.
- Serve clients and internal stakeholders with integrity, ensuring responsive, high-quality support.
- Demonstrate knowledge of SAP Concur products and industry best practices to address client questions effectively.
- Recognize and flag potential opportunities for upsell or expansion to the appropriate teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and projects aimed at increasing the efficiency of the Digital Client Success team.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of digital engagement strategies and tools.
Preferred Skillset
- Proven experience in client engagement, particularly in support roles within a high-volume or pooled environment, where timely and responsive service is essential.
- Skilled in handling virtual client interactions and providing effective, responsive service.
- Ability to listen actively and ask clarifying questions to fully understand client needs.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and deadlines effectively.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging digital tools to provide efficient and impactful client support.
