Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager with deep expertise in the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module to lead and deliver end-to-end compensation transformation projects. This role requires strong client engagement skills, full-cycle implementation experience, and the ability to design, configure, and deploy scalable compensation processes aligned with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation of the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
  • Design & Configuration: Conduct requirements workshops, blueprinting, and design reviews. Configure and optimize compensation planning, bonus programs, salary structures, and budgeting workflows.
  • Integration & Development: Integrate Compensation with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Variable Pay. Collaborate on technical elements including RICEFW development, data migration, and interface design.
  • Quality Assurance: Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT phases.
  • Transformation & Support: Ensure alignment with RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and SAP BTP models. Provide post-go-live support, training, and change management.
  • Roadmap: Stay updated on the SAP roadmap, best practices, and industry trends in digital HR.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 7–10 years in SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations of the Compensation module.
  • Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification.
  • Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of compensation planning cycles, eligibility rules, budgeting, and integration with EC and other modules.
  • Technical Familiarity: Experience with Fiori-based UI, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Workflow configuration, SuccessFactors APIs, reporting tools, and data models.
  • Global Programs: Experience in global compensation programs and multi-country rollouts.
  • Cloud & Analytics: Knowledge of SuccessFactors Variable Pay, Workforce Analytics, and SAP BTP extensions/cloud deployment models.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, IS, or a related field.
