Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Manager specializing in the Compensation module to lead end-to-end implementation projects for strategic compensation planning and execution. The ideal candidate offers deep expertise in Compensation, critical integration with Employee Central and Performance & Goals, and knowledge of global compensation practices and SAP cloud transformation (RISE/GROW).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implementation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Design & Configuration: Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and design compensation processes. Configure templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, and reward statements.
- Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to align the solution with the organizational compensation strategy.
- Integration Management: Manage critical integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Payroll systems.
- Methodology & Cloud Transformation: Ensure adherence to SAP Activate and best practices. Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for HR cloud transformation.
- Team & Pre-Sales: Mentor SuccessFactors consultants and ensure quality deliverables. Support pre-sales activities (solutioning, effort estimation, proposal development).
- Adoption: Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Experience: 10–12 years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Compensation.
- Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Compensation templates and guidelines.
- Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation.
- Integration Proficiency: Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and SAP CPI. Exposure to related modules (EC, P&G, Variable Pay).
- Cloud & Tools: Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP models. Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud/People Analytics, and SAP Work Zone/Build Apps.
- Compliance: Strong understanding of global compensation compliance and audit requirements.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, IS, or related field.
