Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Maintaining employee records, managing HR information systems (HRIS), and handling filing and data entry.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting with talent acquisition, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
  • Employee Support: Serving as a first point of contact for employees, responding to inquiries about benefits, policies, and compensation.
  • Training & Development: Organizing and coordinating employee orientations, training sessions, seminars, and team-building events.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, and helping with regulatory reporting.
  • HR Projects: Supporting the HR team with various initiatives, such as performance management and the implementation of HR programs.
  • Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefit plans and coordinating related administrative tasks.

  • Organization & Multitasking: To manage numerous tasks, coordinate events, and maintain records.
  • Problem-Solving: To address employee concerns and resolve compliance issues.

  • Proficiency with HRIS Software: For managing employee data and HR systems.
