Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Maintaining employee records, managing HR information systems (HRIS), and handling filing and data entry.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting with talent acquisition, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
- Employee Support: Serving as a first point of contact for employees, responding to inquiries about benefits, policies, and compensation.
- Training & Development: Organizing and coordinating employee orientations, training sessions, seminars, and team-building events.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, and helping with regulatory reporting.
- HR Projects: Supporting the HR team with various initiatives, such as performance management and the implementation of HR programs.
- Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefit plans and coordinating related administrative tasks.
Skills Required
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: To effectively interact with employees and external contacts.
- Organization & Multitasking: To manage numerous tasks, coordinate events, and maintain records.
- Problem-Solving: To address employee concerns and resolve compliance issues.
- Attention to Detail: To ensure accuracy in employee records and compliance with regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS Software: For managing employee data and HR systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php16,300.00 per month
