QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, and timekeeping is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality at all times.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave tracking of employees.
- Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain and update 201 files and other employee records.
- Support in processing statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and other HR-related transactions.
- Coordinate and assist in employee relations activities, memos, and simple case documentation.
- Help implement HR policies and company programs.
- Provide general support in HR operations such as performance evaluation, training, and engagement activities.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Supervisor or HR Manager.
