Are you a smart, proactive, and hands-on HR leader ready to shape the people experience at Grepcor Diamonde? We're looking for an HR Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong expertise across HR operations — from Employee Relations and Recruitment to Employee Engagement and Administration.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with policies.
  • Handle Employee Relations (ER): grievance handling, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Organize and implement employee engagement programs that build a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer HR systems, records, and reporting for accurate data management.
  • Support organizational development and partner with leaders on HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
  • Supervise HR staff and coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of solid HR experience, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in HR facets: ER, recruitment, employee engagement, and admin.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and hands-on — you don't just manage; you execute.
  • Familiar with labor laws and HR best practices.
