A. JOB SUMMARY
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the compliance, training, staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement functions within the organization. This role ensures that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations, assist the HRAD Director to develop and implement training programs, manages the recruitment process, assist the HRAD Director to oversee compensation and benefits programs, and fosters a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
C. QUALIFICATIONS
Education : College degree holder preferably Management, BS Psychology graduate, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on compliance, training, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, recruitment or similar role. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies and programs. Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees.
Skills : With strong leadership skills. Team player and excellent Interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral. High ethical standards and professionalism. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
