Work Set-up: Onsite
Setting up and managing the HR department. Collaborate with the management team to design, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and programs that support the company's strategic objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement the HR department structure and processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and employee engagement
- Develop and implement employee benefit programs
- Develop and execute the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to support individual and organizational growth.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigating and resolving complaints, and conflicts.
- Update and implement HR policies
- Seek consultation from HURIS HR consultant.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Supervisor
- Knowledgeable in any facets of HR specially Labor Relations
- Had experience working in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and IT industries
Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
