Work Set-up: Onsite

Setting up and managing the HR department. Collaborate with the management team to design, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and programs that support the company's strategic objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement the HR department structure and processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement employee benefit programs
  • Develop and execute the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to support individual and organizational growth.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigating and resolving complaints, and conflicts.
  • Update and implement HR policies
  • Seek consultation from HURIS HR consultant.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Supervisor
  • Knowledgeable in any facets of HR specially Labor Relations
  • Had experience working in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and IT industries

Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
