About the role

As an Account Executive with Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships within the Ilocos region. This full-time position will involve managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts within the Ilocos region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively networking and prospecting to expand the customer base
  • Provide consultative sales solutions to clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements
  • Negotiate and secure sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain detailed records and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and account management best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or business development role, preferably within the sales or packaging industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the Calabarzon market and an understanding of the local business landscape
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
