Area and Business Planning

  • Develops and executes area-specific strategies anchored on validated customer insights to achieve targets (e.g. NPS, revenue, digital nudges).
  • Analyzes performance drivers, identifies gaps, and aligns action plans with field teams.
  • Manages area budgets and resources (DF, merchandising funds) to ensure alignment with plans.
  • Conducts area profiling and builds factbooks to identify growth opportunities.

Retail and Sales Operations

  • Reviews sales performance across dashboards; identifies network, sales, and product opportunities.
  • Ensures execution of sales and trade programs for Prepaid, Broadband, and 917 Ventures Port Co.
  • Conducts distribution checks in Tiangge, PC Telco Shops, and Regional Key Accounts.
  • Oversees project runs and recommends improvements for efficiency and productivity.
  • Validates on-ground compliance with sales operations standards.
  • Conducts audits and store checks for compliance in visuals, inventory, and reporting.

Partner and Retailer Engagement

  • Drives retailer engagement via programs like Retailer Education and Salu-Salo.
  • Builds strong partnerships with retailers, LGUs, and trade partners for local projects.
  • Leads business reviews (WORs, MORs) and performance alignment sessions with partners.
  • Guides partners on compliance with operational requirements and business strategies.

People Leadership and Development

  • Sets clear expectations and KPIs for teams; conducts regular coaching and feedback sessions (GROW, POISE).
  • Monitors and evaluates team performance; manages underperformance through coaching or PIP.
  • Facilitates learning sessions, IDP discussions, and succession planning.
  • Recognizes team achievements and drives engagement through regular check-ins and programs.
