San Fernando, Central Luzon, Philippines Sort Outsourcing Solutions Inc. Full time ₱420,000 per year

This is an onsite job located in San Fernando Pampanga.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day flow of emails and paperwork
  • Assist with confirming jobs and coordinating team calendars
  • Preparing and issuing invoices and reconciling accounts in Xero
  • Maintaining accurate records, contracts, and project files in SharePoint/Microsoft Office
  • Assisting with job costing and project tracking (training provided)
  • Supporting the owner and team with other tasks as needed
  • (Nice to have) Helping with basic social media updates and communications

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in administration, bookkeeping and office support
  • Experience with Xero (or similar accounting software)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly (experience with construction/job costing tools highly regarded)
  • Prior experience working in the building industry is a big plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Australian or US clients.
