Customer Service Associate II

We are looking for a dependable and client-focused Customer Service Associate to manage client communication, scheduling, and post-service follow-ups. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
- Handle incoming calls regarding reschedules, cancellations, and order inquiries
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations (130–200 sessions per week, each called 1–2 weeks prior)
- Respond promptly to customer emails and text messages
- Manage appointment reschedules, cancellations, and follow-ups
Assistant to Closers
- Confirm 25–40 appointments per week and ensure clients are fully briefed before their sessions
- Conduct follow-up calls after sessions to ensure client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their entire journey
- Ensure clients are prepared, informed, and satisfied upon receiving their final product
Experience and Proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer service or inbound call experience, either from a corporate setup or as a VA (required)
- Experience using a database or CRM system is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality client experiences
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple communication channels efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28, Php45,000.00 per month
