Virtual Assistant – Hospice Customer Service

Job Summary:
Provides excellent customer service to patients and families by conducting follow-up survey calls and assisting with general service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct survey calls to families to gather feedback regarding hospice care experience
- Document all survey responses and escalate any concerns to management
- Handle incoming calls and respond to general patient or family inquiries
- Assist with service recovery communications if needed
- Maintain compassionate, calm, and professional tone at all times
- Track and report patient satisfaction trends
Qualifications:
- Warm, empathetic, and patient-centric communication skills
- Call center or customer service experience preferred (healthcare ideal)
- Ability to document accurately and professionally
- Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with hospice or medical terminology is a plus
