We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused professional to provide high-quality support through calls, emails, and text messages. This role involves managing client communications, appointment coordination, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Support

  • Handle inbound calls related to reschedules, cancellations, and order inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments (130–200 sessions per week, typically 1–2 weeks prior to the session).
  • Respond promptly to customer emails and text messages with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage appointment changes, including reschedules and cancellations, ensuring smooth coordination.

Assistant to Closers

  • Confirm 25–40 appointments per week, maintaining a high accuracy rate.
  • Conduct follow-up calls after sessions to ensure client satisfaction and completion of services.
  • Serve as the client's main point of contact throughout the process—from booking to final product delivery.
  • Ensure clients are fully informed, prepared, and satisfied with the overall experience.

Experience and Proficiency

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in customer service or inbound/outbound call handling is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer databases is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and empathy when dealing with clients.
