HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting offer processes.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and general procedures, providing timely and accurate guidance.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS, assist in benefits administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR reporting.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employment law with hands-on experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, discrete, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work in Taguig or relocate.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
