Job Summary:
The HR Associate supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative processes. This role assists in maintaining employee records, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Help implement HR policies, procedures, and company programs.
- Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support (experience in a remote setup is a plus).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
