Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions as needed.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

3. Benefits & Compensation Administration

  • Assist in benefits enrollment and answer employee questions regarding benefits.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy by maintaining employee records and tracking leave balances.
  • Support annual benefits renewals and open enrollment processes.

4. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with audits and reporting for compliance purposes.

5. Performance Management & Training

  • Support performance review processes and track employee development plans.
  • Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance-related concerns.

6. HR Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and HRIS systems.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • years of HR experience (generalist role preferred).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php28,000.00 per month
