Role Summary

The HR Officer supports the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR data, and compliance, while partnering with managers to build a great workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, coordinate offers, and manage the ATS; maintain pipeline and employer branding.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare contracts and pre-employment requirements, run orientations, collect documents, process exits/clearance.
  • Employee Relations: Handle inquiries, coach on policies, escalate disputes, document incidents, and maintain case logs.
  • Compensation & Benefits Admin: Coordinate payroll inputs, leaves, benefits enrollments/claims, and vendor relations.
  • HRIS & Data Management: Keep accurate employee records, org charts, and HR metrics dashboards; ensure data privacy.
  • Policies & Compliance: Implement policies/handbooks, conduct audits, and ensure labor law compliance; prepare regulatory filings.
  • Workplace Health, Safety & Culture: Support H&S initiatives, wellness, engagement activities, and DEI efforts.
  • Reporting: Produce monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, hiring, leave, training, ER cases).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years in HR
  • Solid knowledge of employment/labor practices and HR best practices.
  • Proficient with HRIS/ATS, spreadsheets, and docs; payroll exposure is a plus.
