An HR Associate supports core human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and policy implementation. This role is essential for maintaining smooth HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, manage documentation, and ensure smooth transitions for exiting employees.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential HR files, update databases, and handle employee data requests.
  • Policy Implementation: Help enforce company policies, support disciplinary procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Benefits and Payroll Coordination: Assist with benefits enrollment, liaise with payroll teams, and address employee queries.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction surveys.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication, discretion, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
