Key Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, initial screening, and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, movement letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support HR projects, audits, and reporting requirements for Shared Services operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and promote operational efficiency.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Specialist: 3 years (Preferred)
