HR Associate Duties and Responsibilities
HR Associates are responsible for assisting in the administration and coordination of Human Resources policies and procedures.
They support various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
They have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview stages
- Participate in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary information, and facilitating orientation programs
- Prepare and maintain employee records and databases, ensuring all data is up to date and accurate
- Process documentation related to HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and terminations
- Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Handle employee queries on HR-related topics and direct them to the appropriate person or department if necessary
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation
- Participate in performance evaluation processes and manage employee benefits administration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
