HR Officer

- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
- Prepare HR-related reports such as attendance, turnover, and manpower updates.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions in coordination with management.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., government benefits, labor laws, health & safety).
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary employee data such as absences, incentives, and deductions.
- Support organizational initiatives to promote employee engagement and workplace culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
