Job description:

TO BE BASED IN CEBU COUNTRY CLUB

Recruitment

  1. Receive and review Manpower Requests from other departments ensuring complete attachments and data. Submission of MRF to corporate HR for posting.

  2. Local sourcing, testing and selection - Establish local linkages for sourcing of manpower requirement, pooling, testing and selection. Attend job fairs when necessary. Coordinate with barangays for sourcing

  3. Conduct initial interview, endorse shortlisted candidates for technical interview, coordinate hiring to corporate HR

  4. Responsible for local employee database updating and records management

Timekeeping/Payroll/Benefits

  1. Ensure timely submission of timekeeping records for payroll purposes. Regularly check and monitor attendance of employees.

  2. Immediately report issues on attendance and tardiness

  3. Coordinate with corporate HR on benefits of employees

Employee Relations

  1. Collate and review Notice of Personnel Action and submit same for approval to corporate HR. Facilitate implementation of approved NPA

  2. Review NTE's based on established guidelines and submit to corporate HR

  3. Coordinate with resident manager on disciplinary issues

  4. Facilitate probationary employee performance evaluation and regular employees performance appraisal based on established guidelines. Coordinate with corporate HR on performance issues, HR intervention requirements, training needs analysis and training of personnel, rewards and recognition programs.

  5. Cascade communications and respond to queries and clarifications

Records Management

Maintain an accurate and credible employee records with utmost confidentiality and professionalism

Admin Services

Perform administrative and clerical support services to resident manager and other department managers within the business unit

QUALIFICATIONS

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.

· Relevant background as HR Generalist of not less than two years specializing in Human Resource demonstrating sufficient knowledge on all facets of HR. Strong background in recruitment would be an advantage.

Very good communications skills, inter-personal skills, numerical skills, professional office decorum

Successful candidate will be based in Cebu. Preference shall be given to Cebu residents or Cebuano speaking willing to relocate back to Cebu. Can start immediately
