Job Summary:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases.
- Handle timekeeping, attendance, and leave monitoring.
- Support payroll and benefits processing.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in company compliance.
- Provide general clerical and HR-related assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php15,500.00 per month
