Job Title: HR Admin Associate
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Admin Associate with at least one year of experience to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department. The role focuses on managing HR documentation, employee records, office coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as contracts, memos, and reports.
- Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and filing of leave requests.
- Support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and coordination with vendors when needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of confidential HR information.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR team and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
