About the Role
We are looking for an HR & Admin Associate who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role combines office management, procurement, logistics, HR assistance, and some accounting and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide office management including supplies, facilities, and maintenance coordination
- Handleprocurement and vendor coordination for office needs and equipment
- Manage logistics for deliveries, shipments, and company assets
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening, and interview scheduling
- Support employee onboarding and documentation
- Handle petty cash monitoring and reimbursements
- Maintain and organize company files and records (digital and physical)
- Support compliance with government and company administrative requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Office Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
