Location: Cebu City, Philippines

Work Setup: Onsite | Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an HR & Admin Associate who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role combines office management, procurement, logistics, HR assistance, and some accounting and administrative support.

If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes — we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide office management including supplies, facilities, and maintenance coordination
  • Handleprocurement and vendor coordination for office needs and equipment
  • Manage logistics for deliveries, shipments, and company assets
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation
  • Handle petty cash monitoring and reimbursements
  • Maintain and organize company files and records (digital and physical)
  • Support compliance with government and company administrative requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Office Management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
