About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised HR Assistant to join our growing team at Asia's Best Industrial Sales Corp' in Cebu City, Cebu. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and contributing to the overall success of our company. This is a full-time position that offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll and leave requests, and coordinating on boarding and off boarding processes
  2. Assist with the recruitment and selection process, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and providing candidate support
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  4. Liaise with employees to address HR-related inquiries and concerns
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery
  6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
  7. Continuously improve HR processes and contribute to the overall growth and development of the HR function
  8. Process compensation benefits, salary deductions
  9. Collaborate with admin uniform deductions, charges and etc.
  10. Collaborate with tie up manpower agencies for monthly billings.

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
  3. Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  5. Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  8. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct
