About the role

As a Call Centre Agent at BEAUTY FOR U INT OPC', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This full-time role is based in Poblacion Makati City Metro Manila, where you will be the friendly voice that represents our company. Your dedication to delivering outstanding service will be crucial in achieving our customer satisfaction goals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
  3. Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  4. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  7. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  2. Previous experience working in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions
  4. Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and document customer interactions
  6. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
