About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team at CPI Management Services' site in Ugong, Pasig City. As a Call Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Actively listening to customer needs and providing accurate, detailed, and personalised solutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all activities
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  5. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  4. A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  5. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred, but not mandatory
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
