Admin Support – Australian Accounting Firm
Full-time | Permanent | Work From Home
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to assist our accountants with client management, compliance tasks, and day-to-day administrative operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Forward ATO client letters and manage follow-ups with accountants
- Monitor ASIC obligations, annual reviews, and company updates
- Process ASIC applications (detail changes, deregistration, reinstatements)
- Support clients and lenders with loan-related documents and certifications
- Create XPM jobs, prepare PI (Payment Instruction) documents, and follow up signing
- Prepare BAS PIs and yearly Xero subscription PIs
- Handle ATO portal lodgement requests and payment arrangement assistance
- Assist with new entity setup, document approvals, invoicing, and permanent records
- Prepare ad-hoc documents such as unit transfer certificates
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with XPM/Xero preferred
- Familiarity with ATO/ASIC processes is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
